Mike Coulson, M.Sc.

Mike Coulson is an environmental professional with more than four decades of experience in environmental consulting and site assessment. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 1,000 Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and historical property reviews throughout Southwestern Ontario.

His experience includes environmental due diligence for residential and commercial properties, investigation of soil and groundwater contamination, environmental remediation, and technical reporting. Mike has provided environmental consulting services to financial institutions, real estate companies, law firms, municipalities, private companies and individual property owners.

Mike holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Windsor.

Kel Coulson, M.A.Sc., P.Eng.

Kel Coulson is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario and British Columbia with more than 20 years of experience in environmental engineering . Her career has spanned municipal and regional government, the federal government, environmental consulting and industry, providing broad experience across the public and private sectors.

Kel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Master of Applied Science in Chemical and Biological Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
